In 2017, I was named to the Lawyers Worldwide Awards Magazine Innovative Lawyers list and have appeared in Chambers USA America's Leading Lawyers for Business (environmental law) from 2008 to 2017 and received national ranking (climate change law) from 2009 to 2017. I have been in The Best Lawyers in America for environmental litigation and law since 2009 and was featured in Who's Who Legal (environment) from 2014 to 2016. My recognitions also include Pennsylvania Super Lawyers from 2011 to 2016 and Law360's 2014 MVPs in environmental law.
In 2010, I was the honorable recipient of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Environment and Energy Law Section's Award for Distinguished Service to the Profession for my "extensive academic and professional work and scholarship in the field of environmental law, climate change, and sustainable development."
